Eligibility Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Non-customized products are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Customized or personalized products including engraved, uploaded photo, or name based items are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@qrflask.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping your item back.
Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll quickly send a replacement or refund after reviewing your photos and order details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different product?
Simply start a return for your original item. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
