Welcome to QR Flask! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our products, website, and services. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our QR code features.

USER CONTENT AND IMAGE LICENSE

By uploading, submitting, or sharing any content (including images, photos, videos, text, or other materials) to QR Flask or any of its platforms, users grant QR Flask (owned by QR Flask LLC) a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, and product development.

Users confirm they own or have permission to share the content they upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or personal likeness rights.

QR Flask may use uploaded content in public materials, including websites, social media platforms, and advertisements, without compensation or notification. You waive any right to approval or compensation related to such use.

All submitted content is considered non-confidential and may be removed or edited at the company’s discretion.

1. General Use of Our Website & Products

  • QR Flask products and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reselling or redistribution is prohibited.
  • You agree not to use our website or products for illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes, including hacking, tampering, or QR code modification.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our offerings at any time without notice.

2. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive for accuracy, but descriptions, images, and pricing may occasionally contain errors. QR Flask may correct mistakes and cancel orders if needed.
  • Our tumblers and QR codes are designed for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of linked third-party content.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

  • You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
  • All prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and secure third-party payment gateways.
  • QR Flask reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or Terms violations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed in 2–3 business days and shipped according to checkout selections.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. QR Flask is not liable for carrier delays, customs, or events outside our control.
  • Lost or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Customized or personalized tumblers are non-returnable unless defective.

6. QR Code & Website Use

Each tumbler contains a unique QR code linking to educational content that updates daily at midnight.

Permitted Uses (Allowed):

You may use QR Flask QR codes on:

  • Flyers, brochures, posters, and printed marketing materials
  • In store signage, walls, windows, and promotional displays
  • Digital platforms such as websites, social media, and screens
  • Stickers or labels placed on non-drinkware items

These uses help promote QR Flask content and are encouraged for businesses and partners.

Prohibited Uses (Strictly Forbidden):

You may NOT:

Modify, duplicate, or tamper with QR Flask QR codes

Reverse engineer, recreate, or copy our QR patterns, redirects, or token system

Engrave, print, etch, laser mark, affix, or apply any QR Flask QR code onto drinkware, including:

  • Tumblers
  • Cups
  • Mugs
  • Bottles
  • Water bottles
  • Travel mugs
  • Any product intended to hold beverages

Only QR Flask LLC has the exclusive right to apply its QR codes to drinkware. This restriction is absolute.

Unauthorized physical reproduction including on tumblers may result in license termination and legal action.

QR Flask is not responsible for third-party errors or external content accessed through QR codes. Misuse may result in revoked access, blocked scans, or account removal.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All QR Flask content, including logos, designs, branding, QR code technology, redirect flows, token systems, text, and imagery, is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any QR Flask materials without written permission.

QR Flask maintains exclusive rights to place QR Flask QR codes on drinkware products.

9. Limitation of Liability

QR Flask products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
QR Flask is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or external interruptions affecting QR code functionality.

10. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using QR Flask products and services, you agree to:

  • Use products as intended
  • Abide by all applicable laws
  • Respect our intellectual property

You may NOT:

  • Hack, modify, or manipulate QR codes
  • Use our website for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Impersonate QR Flask or falsely claim affiliation

Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

We collect only the data necessary to fulfill orders and improve your experience.
